During our recent visit to Label Masters' facility, we explored their specialized approach to manufacturing and developing high-performance labelling machines, designed specifically for logistics and supply chain applications. Label Masters stands out by incorporating over 50% 3D-printed components into their industrial label printers, a forward-thinking strategy that enhances the flexibility and adaptability of their equipment.

One of the most innovative uses we discovered was their approach to warning and safety labelling. Instead of attaching typical labels, they utilize colour 3D printing to embed warnings directly onto machine parts, ensuring that these critical markings are permanent and never risk detachment. Additionally, they’ve replaced heavy Delrin components with advanced, lightweight 3D printing filaments, which makes moving parts lighter. This adjustment significantly boosts efficiency, precision, and speed, underscoring Label Masters’ commitment to advancing labeling technology.
